When you have reached  an intermediate level and your use of French language is more focused on oral communication, you may want to spend more time on this aspect of the learning process. This is perfectly ok and the good news is: I can support you in this.

What will I do on the “Chatty Way”?

The “Chatty Way” program is totally focused on oral expression

 using everyday materials and topics

Which type of resources will be used?

You won’t have to buy any material, because I will provide you with amazing resources to start a conversation and then elaborate on a topic very easily and with a lot of fun. These resources are created and regularly updated by qualified teachers called “Les Zexperts du FLE” for EFL teachers.

What will we be talking about ? 

The themes are relevant and up-to-date, they relate to current social debates or subjects of daily concern. While watching a vidéo or reading an article and then answering questions, you will start by working on your spoken or written comprehension, express your impressions, share yours feelings and ideas.

Will all of this be useful in real-life?

Absolutely! It will be useful because each time, you will be placed in real life situations and then, you can reuse everything that we’d learn together in your daily life. For instance, organizing a conference, planning a trip, giving advice to a friend on his way of life…

Will I also study a bit of grammar ?

These sessions are really good to work on your abilities to organize your speech, develop an argument, and put nuances in your communication. But of course, if along the way we find that a grammar point should be reviewed, I will organize it and make sure that it becomes clear for you.

I have been receiving lessons with Christine since 2019 and I plan to continue as long as possible because she is an excellent teacher. When I first started, I was working on getting my DELF. She was very helpful and her approach was great for what I wanted at the time. After a bit, I needed more conversation and not as much test prep. Another thing that I appreciate about Christine is that it is very easy to learn from her because she makes you feel comfortable and at ease, which is key for language learning.
